I offer both full sessions and mini sessions, and I build the offering around what your family actually needs. Before anything is booked, we have a conversation. Where you are in life, what your kids are like, how much time makes sense. From there I put together something specific to you.
There is no menu to pick from. Every family session I book is custom: the length, the structure, the location. What you walk away with should feel like it was made for your family, because it was.
The session itself is relaxed. I give loose direction when it helps and stay out of the way when it does not. The images that end up meaning the most are almost never the ones where everyone was looking at the camera.
Delivered as a private online gallery with full print rights.
Mini sessions start at $250. A full hour session is $600. Reach out to start the conversation.

We talk through location, timing, what to wear, and what you are hoping to walk away with. Preparation makes the session feel easy.
During the Session
Relaxed and unscripted. I move with you rather than placing you. If something real happens, I am already there for it.
Your Gallery
Delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. Edited for consistency in tone and color. Download, share, and print with full rights.

Common Questions
What families ask before booking a session.
Schedule your session in the last 90 minutes before sunset. The light is softer, the temperature drops, and kids tend to be more settled than mid-day. Early morning works too — just ask.
What should we wear?
Coordinate without matching. Pick a palette and let everyone land somewhere in it. Avoid logos and busy patterns. Clothes that feel like you will photograph better than clothes that feel like a costume.
What if my kids will not cooperate?
They almost never cooperate perfectly, and that is fine. I work with whatever energy is present. Some of the best family images come from chaos. A crying toddler being comforted is real — and real is what we are after.
How long is a session?
It depends on what we build together. Mini sessions are shorter and focused, starting at $250. Full sessions are $600 and run 60 to 90 minutes, long enough to settle in and move through different moments without rushing. We figure out what makes sense for your family before anything is booked.
Where should we shoot?
Somewhere that means something to your family, or somewhere with good light and a clean backdrop. I have location suggestions for the Winston-Salem area — or bring your own idea.
How many images will we receive?
Typically 60 to 100 delivered images. Every image in the gallery earned its place. I edit for quality over quantity.
Can we reschedule if the weather is bad?
Yes. If weather makes a session impossible or significantly worse, we reschedule at no additional cost. Overcast days are often better than full sun — do not cancel for clouds.
Do you offer prints or albums?
Gallery delivery includes digital files with print rights. I can connect you with quality print options — ask about this when we book.
