Commercial

FOR CORPORATIONS, AGENCIES, AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT NEED IT DONE RIGHT.

The Work

High-Stakes Production. High-Level Results.

Corporate and commercial work demands a different standard of planning, coordination, and execution than smaller-scale projects. Larger teams, tighter schedules, multi-department approvals, and content that has to work across multiple platforms and purposes.

I bring the same operational discipline to commercial production that I developed across a decade of high-stakes environments — a methodical approach to pre-production, precision on shoot days, and clear communication with every stakeholder involved.

Whether you need executive headshots, a full marketing video campaign, or a production partner for your agency, I approach every project with the planning and attention to detail that commercial work requires.

FAQ

Common Questions

What corporations and agencies typically ask before bringing me on for a commercial project.

Pro Tip

For corporate headshot days, send your team a wardrobe guide 1–2 weeks before the shoot. Solid colors, no logos, no busy patterns. It is the single biggest variable on shoot day and it costs nothing to control it in advance.

Can you handle large team headshot days efficiently?

Yes. I have a system for moving large groups through a headshot day efficiently while keeping consistent quality across every person. Give me the headcount and the time window and I will build a schedule that works.

How far in advance should we book a commercial project?

For headshot days and smaller shoots, two to four weeks is usually sufficient. For larger productions — multi-location shoots, marketing campaigns, corporate video — six to eight weeks gives us time to plan properly. Rush projects are possible depending on availability.

What is the turnaround on commercial deliverables?

Headshots are typically delivered in five to seven business days. Video projects vary by scope and are outlined in the project agreement. All timelines are established before the shoot so your team can plan around them.

Do you work with advertising and creative agencies as a vendor?

Yes. I am available as a production contractor — day rate or project rate. I execute against your creative direction, deliver files in your required format, and operate under NDA. References available on request.

Can you accommodate multiple locations or multi-day shoots?

Yes. Multi-location and multi-day projects are part of the commercial scope. Travel, logistics, and scheduling are handled in the planning phase so nothing is figured out on the day.

Do you provide raw files?

Raw files are available on request and can be included in the project scope. This is established in the proposal so there are no surprises at delivery.
